We want your Ottolier order to arrive safely, quickly and beautifully packaged, ready to enjoy the moment it reaches your home.

1. Shipping Area

At this time we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Service

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

4. Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that during busy periods such as holidays delivery times may be slightly longer.

5. Packaging

Each Ottolier piece is carefully wrapped to protect the fabric during transit while keeping packaging as sustainable as possible.
